Data protection

Principle
The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations in force and this privacy policy.
Generally, our website can be used without providing any personal data. Personal data (e.g. name, postal address or email address) are provided on a voluntary basis wherever possible. No such data shall be transferred to any third party without your express prior consent.
Please note that any data transmission via internet (e.g. communication via email) may involve security gaps. It is not possible to provide for complete data protection against access by third parties.

Cookies
Internet sites often use so-called cookies. Cookies are not harmful to your computer and contain no viruses. Cookies help to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies” which will be deleted automatically after your visit. Other cookies will be saved on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognise your browser upon your next visit.
You can configure your browser to notify you about any cookie, to accept cookies only in certain cases, to generally exclude the acceptance of cookies and to automatically delete cookies when the browser is closed. The deactivation of cookies may limit the website’s functionality.

Server Log Files
The web provider automatically collects and saves information in so-called server log files, which are automatically transmitted to us by your browser. The information contains:
Browser type and version
– Operating system used
– Referrer URL
– Host name of the accessing computer
– Time of the server request
These data cannot be related to specific persons and will not be merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check these data at a later time, if any concrete evidence of an unlawful use comes to our attention.

Use of Google Maps
Our website uses the “Google Maps” service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter called “Google”.
With every single use of the “Google Maps” feature a cookie is placed to process the user settings and data when the page that integrates “Google Maps” is displayed. This cookie will normally not be deleted when you close the browser, but it will expire after a certain period of time, if you don’t delete it manually before expiry.
If you do not agree to the processing of your data, you can deactivate the “Google Maps” service and thus prevent the data transmission to Google. For this purpose, you need to deactivate the Java Script function in your browser. Please note that in this case your use of “Google Maps” will be impossible or limited.

The use of “Google Maps” and the information gathered through “Google Maps” is subject to the Google terms of use:
http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html
and the general terms and conditions of “Google Maps”:

SSL Encryption
For reasons of security and in order to protect confidential data, such as enquiries that you send us, we use SSL encryption. You can recognise encrypted connections by the change from “http://” to “https://” in the URL field of your browser and the displayed lock symbol. If the SSL encryption is activated, the data you send us cannot be read by third parties.

Right of information, rectification, erasure and blocking
You always have the right of information (free of charge) concerning your personal data stored, their source and their recipients, as well as the purpose of the data processing. Moreover, you have the right of rectification, blocking or erasure of these data.
